4. Third-Party Service Providers

Both Stripe and Anthropic are headquartered in the United States. Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure servers, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
